Payroll Sales Career Summary: As a sales consultant, you will be instrumental in driving our company’s revenue by identifying and securing business opportunities and fostering relationships with new clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and expanding our market reach. This is a remote sales position from any US State, work as W2 or 1099 from any state you reside in.
- Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, identify prospects, and engage with partners and potential clients to expand our business footprint.
- Using consultative methods, present, promote, and sell our Payroll and HR services.
- Promptly respond to prospects, partner, and client inquiries.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within a defined schedule? Not at all.
Compensation. We pay a one time $50 bonus and a $15 monthly renewal on every account sold and continuing until the account terminates or 3 years whichever occurs first, may qualify to be extended up to 8 times per 3 year block with the condition that 3 accounts per current year continues to be produced.
We expect the sales agent to passively manage their book within 24-36 months and be at 300 accounts or more. Under these terms the sale consultant can live life at $4,500 a month on passive management. This program caps out at 1500 accounts which is $270,000 a year at $22,500 a month via passsive management to the sales consulant W2 or 1099. We believe in You.

- In person marketing to apartment complex managers, auto dealerships and others areas to generate casulaty sales.
- Warm/cold calling to potential auto/home insurance clients
- Assess prospects insurance needs to quote proper coverage
- Establish rapport with new business relationships
- License requirements
- New York State P&C or any State licensed as a P&C Producer.
- Excellent communication skills and an Independent self-starter
- Own your book of business at a 75/25 percent split
